    Despre vin

    Soi de struguri: Melon de Bourgogne
    Sol: Roci metamorfice de tip gneiss.
    Culoare: Galben auriu.
    Nasul complex si puternic evoca fructe coapte, un buchet de flori uscate și note minerale.
    Gust elegant, suplu, dezvoltă multă onctuozitate și un final foarte lung.
    Asocieri: Pește în sos (unt alb, etc.), carne albă și brânzeturi.
    Servire: 10-12°C
    Păstrare: 10 ani

    Nous élaborons nos vins dans le plus grand respect de la tradition viticole, transmise de père en fils depuis début 1800. Eric Poiron, vigneron actuel, est de la 8ème génération.
    Il a hérité de ce savoir précieux.



    Notre domaine est situé à 30 minutes de Nantes, à Maisdon-Sur-Sèvre entre la Sèvre et la Maine. Nos vignes s'étendent sur 36 hectares.
    Nous produisons : Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine-sur- Lie, Gros Plant du Pays Nantais Sur Lie, Vins de Pays (blanc, rouge, rosé).
    Nous cultivons nos vignes avec soin et pratiquons une viticulture raisonnée dans le respect de l'environnement.
    Eric et son équipe vous accueillent toute l’année du lundi au samedi. Vous pourrez visiter le vignoble, le chai, la cave à barriques et déguster nos vins.
